Instructions to Authors

Authors are required to submit an extended Abstract (maximum of 2 pages) for each paper by January 29, 2010 to EDAS. A notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to each author by Febuary 26, 2010.

The final, Camera Ready Paper (maximum of 6 pages) must be submitted to EDAS by April 16, 2010.

At least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference.

Authors are required to use one of the following templates for the generation of their papers.

IEEE copyright form

Papers will be published by IEEE. Therefore, authors need to fill out the IEEE copyright form in order to have their paper published in the Conference Proceedings. The copyright form can be filled out online at EDAS.
